SayTravel — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or using SayTravel (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

SayTravel helps you capture travel memories with voice, photos, and location, and optionally generate trip blogs using AI. Features may change as we improve the app.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information where requested (for example, date of birth for age-appropriate content). You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, voice recordings, text, and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app (including cloud backup and AI blog generation). Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use SayTravel for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. AI-generated content

Blogs and other AI outputs are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. Review before sharing publicly. You are responsible for how you use generated text.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Location and transcription features depend on your device and network.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayTravel and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
