Email the developer for help, feedback, bug reports, account requests, or privacy questions.
Include this when you contact us
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The SayTravel app version, if you can see it in the app.
- Whether you were using guest mode, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened.
We aim to reply within a few business days.
Places and location
Nearby place suggestions require location permission, network access, and Google Places lookup.
Photos
Photos can be added from the camera or gallery. Signed-in users may sync photos to cloud storage.
Travel stories
AI-generated stories should be reviewed and edited before you keep or share them.
Delete your account
To permanently delete your SayTravel account and synced cloud data:
- Open the SayTravel app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, email karteekj@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
