Delete your SayTravel account

You can request permanent deletion of your SayTravel account and associated synced data from inside the app or by contacting support.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the SayTravel app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

This is the fastest way to delete an account when you can still sign in.

Delete by email request

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your SayTravel account.

Please include the words Delete my SayTravel account in the message. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before deleting synced data.

Data deleted

Account profile data, synced trips, places, memories, generated stories, and cloud-stored photos associated with your account are deleted from SayTravel systems.

Data not deleted automatically

Copies already exported, shared, saved outside SayTravel, or stored in backups may not be deleted immediately. Backup copies are removed according to normal backup retention cycles.

Guest mode

If you use SayTravel without signing in, your trip data is stored on your device. Delete the app or clear app data on your device to remove local guest data.

Processing time

In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are typically reviewed within a few business days after ownership is verified.
